- A change of linen is included for stays of seven days or more. We are happy to change towels and bed linen earlier on request at a price of € 10.00 per person.
- Daily cleaning and towel change on request at a price of € 20.00 per day.
- Sleep arrangements: individual pillows (Swiss stone pine pillow, lavender pillow etc.) on request
- Final cleaning at the price of 50.00 € per flat
- We also offer local products
- Emmarita's homemade "Schlutzkrapfen", bacon dumplings and much more.
- Meat from a butcher.
- The products can be purchased from the landlady Emmarita.

On request, we can also arrange for a delicious breakfast basket to be delivered to your door between 7.30 and 11.00 am. It is filled with delicious regional products and helps you to have a great start to the day!
Please let us know by 11.00 a.m. of the previous day which breakfast you would like and at what time you would like us to deliver it.
You can also book your breakfast basket 24 hours before arrival for the first day.
