The prices are for the flat per day without breakfast with a standard occupancy of 2 persons.

The visitor's tax of 2.70 € due for persons from 14 years is not included in the price. For additional persons we charge 30.00 € per day. Children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge. (Cots are provided free of charge on request). Pets can also be brought along by arrangement at an extra charge of € 15.00 per day. The cost for final cleaning is € 50.00 per flat.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the check in is possible from approx. 3.00 pm on the day of departure we ask you to check out at 10.00 am at the latest.

Deposit

We kindly ask you to transfer the deposit of 30% of the agreed amount within 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation, otherwise the booking cannot be guaranteed. The deposit also applies as a security for any damage to the flat.

Payment

Please settle the bill incl. local tax the day before departure. Cash, Visa, Euro/Master Card are gladly accepted.

Cancellation terms

There is no right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit will not be refunded, no additional fees.
• Cancellations from 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
• Cancellations from 14 days before arrival: 100 % of the agreed total price.
• In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily rate for each missed day.
• In case of no-show: 100% of the total price of the stay.
